Refund policy

NO REFUNDS on products, EXCHANGE ONLY. Items must be in brand new, unused condition. SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY even if not used.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on:

• Jewelry

• Books

• Cards

• Smudging Products

• Meditation pillows

• Scarfs, clothing, or fabric items

• Any item that has been opened such as DVD’s, CD’s, Oracle/Tarot Cards, Essential Oils, etc.

Please note: Staff have the right to refuse exchanges on products at their description. Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees.
